No Win, No Fee

Powerful Fair Claim Path acts solely as an introducer. We do not enter into a claims management contract with you and therefore no fee is payable to us.

You were referred to Parker Kerrigan by Powerful Fair Claim Path, a trading style of Match Me Legal Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 838981). Powerful Fair Claim Path receives a fee from Parker Kerrigan for the introduction. You pay Powerful Fair Claim Path nothing, and Powerful Fair Claim Path does not process, run or handle your claim.

You are under no obligation to use a Claims Management Company. You have the right to pursue a complaint directly with your lender or the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge.

Fees (Parker Kerrigan)

If you use Parker Kerrigan, a trading style of Harcus Parker Limited (SRA 653501), it's on a no-win-no-fee basis: if your claim is unsuccessful there's no cost to you, and if your claim succeeds, Parker Kerrigan charge a fee of up to 30% plus VAT, that's 36% including VAT, of any compensation recovered. That fee is set out in full in Parker Kerrigan's terms of engagement, which you'll see and agree to before you sign.

Cancellation

You may cancel your agreement with Parker Kerrigan at no cost within the 14-day cooling-off period of signing.
